Regiologistics handle a wide range of security seals with high quality of different materials and types. One of the most widely used materials for the manufacture of security seals is plastic.

The types of plastics used in manufacturing vary in functionality and on the strength of the security seal, such as high-impact ABS plastic, is one of the toughest plastics in the industry, this is used to make the bolts high security seals withstand up to 15,000 N, as mentioned this is used in the manufacture of bolt security seals, as in the models Bottle N and D that have this type of plastic coating on the cylinder and on the case of Bottle D are coated both parts.

The polypropylene is the plastic most used in the indicative security seals and control because it has a high resistance and is easy to adapt to any application such Plastisafe model, this a security seal manufactured entirely in plastic polypropylene, as well as the Power model with the difference that this also has a metal insert which makes it have more resistance.

Our security seals are manufactured with the best quality materials, so you can rely on our products that provide the security you need to protect your products either in the transportation or in the warehouse.

It is important to you that when you purchase our security seals or high security seals certified with the program C-TPAT keep in mind the following recommendations:

* Name one or a few of your trusted employees responsible for the care and implementation of the security seals. Only they are allowed to take the security seals and use them, this to create awareness of the importance of the security seals and when an incident occurs only you have to check this problem with the employees with this responsible.
* Store security seals in a room with authorized access only to those responsible, which is preference that this room is locked for other people. This will achieve avoid missing any security seals or wrongdoing by either malicious users within your company or outside it.
* Those responsible for security seals are the only employees authorized to use them, it is important that they keep records of when, where, and how they use them, registered with the sequential number, color and type. If you need this format, ask one of our representatives.
* It is advisable to take some pictures after the installation of the security seal. This is for security because if an incident occurs you can check with the receiver that is the same security seal and that it not was replaced.

These are some of the recommendations Regiologistics gives our clients, we not only sell security seals or container seals with excellent quality, with an immediate delivery time and a highly competitive price, we also advise and help our clients in their operations where they use security seals.

Applications of Security Seals and Container Seals

Container seals, security seals and security labels of Regiologistics have the best quality and the best operating system for use them in different applications.

One of the main applications of security seals or security labels are for close the land, air or sea containers, the correct use of these devices ensure the values inside the containers.

Most models of security seals can be used in these containers, but it depends on the driving range and the type of products that are you transporting. A good example is if a container is transported locally (short distances like the same city or nearby cities, approx. 0 – 100km)by land and the product being transported are plastic bottles are recommended to use a indicative security seal or control seal either plastic or metal or to provide greater security you can use a plastic security seal with metal insert.
Another example would be a medium distance (from one state to another state, approx. 100 km – 500km) and a container is being transported by land with cement, we recommend using a plastic security seal with metal insert or even better if you use a cable security seal, otherwise is also highly recommended use a bottle seals or pin type, without needing any certification on these seals because is only a national transport, although it is always recommended to use certificated security seals approved by the ISO / PAS 17712 and C-TPAT program.
Finally when required to transport one container to another country or a long distance (approx 500 km – ∞) and by land, by sea or by air is always recommended to use high security bottle seals, barrier seals, or cable seals with a high thickness (example MEGACABLE) and which are approved by ISO / PAS 17712 and C-TPAT program as these are approved by U.S. customs.

Remember that we ship to all United States and Latinoamerica. For more information on shipping costs or on the applications of our products, tamper evident labels and security seals please contact us, our experts will attend always politely and quickly.

We know the industry and we know how important it is to care and ensure our costumer´s values or products, whether carried or in stock we have the adequate security seals for any of its operations.

What is a Security Seal?
The security seals are safety devices with a mechanical locking system which makes them impossible to open without leaving any evidence of the opening. These are printed in a folio to monitor or control them during transport or storage of company values. They also can be called security locks.

What does Security Seals are for?
They are a tool used to seal or close temporarily any container, box, door, meter, valve, pump, bag, value bags, tubs, etc.. and has a serial number that is used to control or identify transported or stored products, then this can prevent the stolen or lost of products.

How many types of security seals are?
There are several types of security seals, such as high security that are certified under the ISO / PAS 17712 and C-TPAT program, which can be bottled or bolt, cable or rod caliber . Another type are indicative or control that may be of different materials such as plastic, metal, or are combined with metal insert plastic, they also have different shapes and are called according to appearance like, smooth band, rat tail, toothed , padlock, link, clip type, etc..
Another type of security seal, are the cable, they have a body made of aluminum, high strength plastic, steel or lead. All these particular types of steel cable can be of different thicknesses and lengths and it depends on your application.
